Every dish we deliver is prepared to order in our own kitchen in Abu Dhabi. Because allergen information is a matter of safety, we set it out here in full.
Allergen information on each product
The allergens present in a product are listed on its own page, under the heading Allergens. Please read this information before ordering. If a product page does not display its allergen list, or if the information is unclear, contact us before placing your order and we will confirm it in writing.
The fourteen declarable allergens
Our allergen declarations follow the fourteen categories required by European food information regulation, which we apply as our internal standard. Each carries a short code, used consistently across our product pages and our printed documents.

Cross contact in our kitchen
Our dishes are prepared in a single production kitchen where all of the above allergens are handled. Despite strict separation and cleaning procedures, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of traces of an allergen in any given product. If you or one of your guests has a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering so that we can advise you properly.
Ordering for guests with allergies
When you are ordering for a group, we recommend telling us in advance. We will confirm which items are suitable, and where a substitution is possible.
